When your order ships we send you tracking details. Check the email address you used at checkout — including your spam folder.
The timeline
- Order placed — you receive an order number.
- Payment confirmed — automatically, as soon as your payment is completed at checkout.
- Preparing — 1–2 working days.
- Shipped — you get tracking details.
- Delivered — 1–6 working days depending on your governorate.

The courier called and I missed it
Our courier tries twice. If both attempts fail the parcel comes back to us and delivery is charged again — so please keep the phone number you gave at checkout reachable.
