We don't accept returns. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering, or WhatsApp us for sizing help — we're happy to tell you which size to take.
Manufacturing defects
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll exchange it for the same piece, at no cost to you. If it's no longer in stock, we'll offer you another piece of the same value or a refund to your original payment method.
How to request an exchange
- WhatsApp us at +20 11 22332338 as soon as your order arrives.
- Send your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
- Keep the piece unworn, unwashed and with its tags, in its original packaging.
We'll reply with the next steps and arrange collection.
What isn't covered
- Choosing the wrong size, or changing your mind.
- Wear, washing or damage after delivery.
- Small colour differences between photos and the piece, caused by screen settings or lighting.
